Application:

Suitable for various liquid media in high-end micro liquid precision measurement industries such as pharmaceuticals, electrolytes, acids, solvents, dairy products, adhesives, reagents, etc.

Basic principle:

High precision electric metering pump uses a coupling and a stepper motor to drive the reciprocating rotation of the plunger rod in the ceramic chamber, forming a reciprocating valve direction switching between the inlet and outlet ports. Thus achieving the precise control of the inflow and outflow of liquid medium.

Technological process:

Preparation of power supply and liquid medium → plunger rod rotates to suck liquid into the cavity → plunger rod rotates past the inlet and closes the inlet → plunger rod continues to rotate to discharge the working fluid from the cavity → plunger rod rotates past the outlet and closes the outlet.

Main features:

1. Suitable for measuring, filling, adding, injecting, spraying, and marking high-end micro precision liquid media. Adopting a valve free design, the flow rate is extremely stable, and the flow accuracy is within ± 3 ‰.

2. The pump core material adopts special industrial ceramics (zirconia ZrO ₂, alumina Al ₂ O3), which have excellent characteristics of high strength, wear resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and long service life.

3. It is resistant to chemical reactions and all parts in contact with the medium are made of ceramics.

4. The pump core and pump sleeve are processed by combining the most advanced nanotechnology and gel injection molding technology, with uniform microstructure and high density. The matching accuracy is extremely high, achieving top-notch ceramic technology for self sealing and self lubrication, without the need for additional seals and lubricating oil assistance.

5. The pump casing and component mechanism are equipped with acid and alkali resistance, and can adapt to various harsh liquid environments for measurement.

6. The design structure is a positive displacement plunger structure, which operates in reciprocating rotation and adjusts the stroke length/rotation period to change the flow rate.

7. No waste, no bubbles, no leaks, no liquid droplets, and no blockages.

8. The system has powerful functions, multiple capacity and speed options, and can instantly transform and reverse transfer liquids.

9. No dynamic seals or vulnerable parts, only moving component plunger rod, easy maintenance.

10. Adopting imported programmable controllers and touch screens for human-machine dialogue, with convenient parameter settings and stable and reliable performance.

11. The liquid can be measured and injected according to the set parameters. When the specified liquid volume is reached, the measurement will automatically stop.

12. Standard communication interface, which can be used independently or conveniently communicate with PLC or industrial control computer.

13. The operator can calculate the total amount of liquid according to the actual production as follows: Qtotal (total liquid amount)=Qtravel (stroke amount) * N strokes (number of strokes).

14. It has adjustable function modes such as forward/reverse/reverse volume/delayed metering/standby cleaning/capacity counting.
